Jessica Dobracki

Jessie has been involved in every step of growing Ann Arbor’s Dentist. Her friendly personality, leadership, and drive for excellence make her a natural fit for helping curate a team of individuals who put patients first.
She has years of training specializing in medical and dental insurance, as well as experience helping other dental offices improve their systems and run more smoothly.
Jessie is always going above and beyond to make sure our patients are well cared for and that her team holds those same values close to heart. She empowers the staff to keep each patient’s best interests in mind through every step of their dental health journey.
BEHIND THE SCENES
Jessie wears many hats and can often be found working behind the scenes to keep the office flowing, support the team, and make sure our patients have the best experience possible.

Outside the office: Although Jessie is a born-and-raised Southern belle, she has embraced living in Michigan and become an avid University of Michigan fan — Go Blue! She can often be found exploring the world, connecting with nature, and taking time for self-reflection.

Mary M.

Mary works hard to keep up with the team’s needs and is our organization and chart-file master. She is one of the kindest humans we know and loves putting a smile on others’ faces. She also proudly embraces her role as our office grandma.
Miss Mary has a large family she loves spending time with. After raising two sets of twins and two other children, her family has grown to include 15 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren, whom she spoils with love whenever possible.
When she isn’t spending time with her family, you can usually find Mary cooking, sewing, crocheting, or working on just about any other craft. She has even been known to rescue a few team members from a lost button or broken zipper!

Mary loves that coming to work feels like spending time with family. She appreciates everyone she works with and what each person brings to our little family practice.

Monica
Dental Assistant

Monica joined our team with an impressive 17 years of experience in dentistry, bringing a wealth of knowledge, skill, and passion to our practice from day one.
Throughout her career, Monica has worn many hats in the dental world, gaining experience in general dentistry, surgical care, orthodontics, and now holistic dentistry. Her diverse background has given her valuable insight into a wide range of specialties and approaches to patient care.
Monica’s curiosity and eagerness to learn keep her constantly exploring new advancements, techniques, and ideas. She loves sharing what she learns with both coworkers and patients in a way that is approachable, clear, and encouraging.
WHAT MONICA BRINGS TO OUR TEAM
Monica’s infectious laugh and vibrant personality can light up a room. She believes every day is an opportunity to grow, and she isn’t afraid to offer a little tough love or speak honestly when it’s needed — always with the intention of helping others learn, grow, and succeed.

Outside the office: Monica is our resident “crafty queen.” She loves working with her hands and channels her creativity into making candles, soaps, and other unique projects with her beautiful children.

Dental Assistant

Jess graduated from Washtenaw County Community College’s dental program in 2012 while also earning her associate degree in applied sciences. From the beginning, she made it her mission to help patients feel comfortable and work through dental anxiety in a calm, gentle manner.
Her warm and welcoming demeanor, combined with her focus on compassionate and understanding patient care, makes her a wonderful fit for our office. Jess meets every patient where they are in their dental health journey, always without judgment.
Jess joined our team in early 2021, bringing years of dental experience with her. We have loved watching her continue to learn and grow as she has embraced holistic and biological dentistry and the family feel of our practice. She is not only kind and gentle, but incredibly knowledgeable in her craft — giving our patients the best of both worlds.
OUTSIDE THE OFFICE
Family is one of the most important things in Jessica’s world. She and her husband, Carlos, welcomed their beautiful baby girl in March 2023 after more than a decade together. Jessica loves exploring restaurants and movies with her husband and is excited to share those traditions with their daughter.

What we love about Jess: Even behind her mask, you can see Jess’s smile through her eyes and hear it in her voice. She puts her heart into everything she does — whether that’s spending time with her family or taking care of you and yours.

Jess S. puts her heart into making sure both our patients and our team have what they need. With years of experience as a dental professional, she is always ready to step in, help, and keep things moving behind the scenes.
After joining Ann Arbor’s Dentist, Jess quickly embraced the family atmosphere of the practice. Her experience, organization, and willingness to help wherever she is needed make her an important part of keeping the office running smoothly.
Outside the office, Jess loves spending quality time with her family, whether that means family movie and game nights or diving into a fun crafting project. She has a creative side and loves getting lost in magical worlds that offer a little escape into fantasy.

Front Office Guru

With more than ten years of experience as a dental professional, Melody brings a wealth of knowledge to our front office and is always ready to help patients navigate insurance questions and concerns.
She has been a driving force behind streamlining processes and finding ways to make things easier for our patients. Her experience, practical approach, and commitment to helping people have made her a valued part of our team.
Outside the office, Melody has a deep love of the outdoors and enjoys spending as much of her free time as possible camping with her family. She is also an avid reader and loves curling up with a good book whenever she gets the chance.

Allyssa
New Patient Liaison

Allyssa came to our office with a background in customer service, including both retail and banking, and a desire to work somewhere she could truly make a difference in people’s lives.
One of Allyssa’s personal goals is to make at least one person’s day better every day. She understands that sometimes a smile or a simple, genuine compliment can make a world of difference.
As our New Patient Liaison, Allyssa takes the time to get to know each new patient’s individual needs and helps provide them with the best possible start to their dental journey. She knows that taking the first step can often be the hardest part, so she is there to provide support, knowledge, and a welcoming connection from the very beginning.
