Here at Ann Arbor’s Dentist, we would love to help you embark on your dental health journey. All new patients start out with a personal and detailed phone consultation with one of our doctors. During this call, the doctor will personally take time to learn about your specific dental concerns and help create a customized plan for your first in person visit. We will also review dental history, medical history, office safety, biological and holistic dentistry, as well as treatment options. Instead of having you drive to the office to sit in a chair in order to review this information, our process streamlines your care and also allows you to determine if we are the right fit for your oral health needs and if we believe you will be a good patient in our style of practice. The teledentistry call allows for your first visit in the office to directly address your dental concern, allowing you to enter the fast track for treatment and oral health improvement.

There are several different phone consultations available. Your consultation type will be determined by our new patient liaisons based off of your new patient paperwork and conversation following its submission. They have been trained by Dr. Dobracki in the art of understanding your dental concerns and deciphering what consultation would provide you the most benefits. During all calls, we take the time to learn about your dental history, your health goals, and how we can serve your needs to get you where you would like your oral health to be.

The initial phone consultation is a cornerstone in helping develop your customized care plan. Whether it is removing failed amalgam fillings, helping your child build healthy oral care habits, starting the remineralization of teeth at any age, evaluating a root canal problem, finding compatible products and material for you, we strive to provide you the dental care you have been looking for. This includes an education for your deeper understanding of what your treatment plan truly is and what changes need to be made to impact and improve your oral and overall systemic health.

Here in our office, you will find a judgment free team that excels at providing more natural options to maintain optimum oral health and remineralize cavities before they cause problems. The doctors and their well-qualified and friendly team members take the responsibility of caring for your needs very seriously.

Let us take this opportunity to welcome you as a patient at our practice. Whether you are flying in to see us or you are a local patient, we appreciate the opportunity to provide you with excellent, quality dental care. Each one of us here at Ann Arbor’s Dentist takes pride in the service we offer our patients. We have been trained as professionals and we put forth great effort to keep our patients at the highest level of satisfaction possible.
